HostRocket is the worst hosting company, I have ever seen. First, I had to sign up online (not via the phone) which really annoyed me. Then, I asked them to transfer my website from my other host to their servers. My website was down more then several hours, and after all there were some files that were not successfully transferred so I had to finish the work myself. The technical support was extremely rude with me and did not show any technical knowledge or experience.

At first sight HostRocket offer great hosting features – 5 GB space and unlimited monthly traffic at a reasonable price. However, their customer service is what worries me most – I cannot contact the customer support team when I need them, besides their response time is about 24 hours which is too much especially when it is an emergency.

Do not provide installation of Wiki. Still the service is good. My site performs fast enough.
